Hello Vanessa, no sorry I don’t have a pattern, I just made it up as I went along, using linen and scraps of Liberty from my stash. Vintage Sewing Box does have similar patterns, some are free and some for sale but I don’t think that she does kits https://www.vintagesewingbox.co.uk/

Sorry, only just seen this comment. I don’t have a photo but I just used a piece of felt cut to shape for each one and sewed down the centre along the spine of the needlebook where the seam was. Hope that helps.
Is there a pattern for this? I would love to purchase a pre assembled kit. Is that something you may have the scraps to make?

Can you show what the inside of your little needle books look like?
